Mohina Yoga!

I’m Parminder, a 300-hour qualified yoga teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga. I first experienced yoga at a gym studio and immediately fell in love with this beautiful duality of movement and meditation.

My journey in yoga has also led me into spirituality, practising mindfulness and consciousness in my classes. I regularly teach through CV Life, in their gyms around Coventry and also teach Pilates at Coventry University.

I teach all yoga styles and also offer 1-2-1 sessions for more refined learning. I have created Mohina Yoga, because I wanted a brand name that reminds me to match my style and intent, to create true authenticity in my teaching.
